What people ask about pricing

What is in the free trial?

The modules a shop uses every day, switched on from the first minute, with usage limits generous enough to run a real fortnight of trading before you hit one. The trial does not include the modules that need a verified GSTIN, or the ones sold on a paid plan.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because there is no published price list yet, and a made-up figure on a pricing page is worse than an honest absence. What a shop pays depends on the modules it runs, the number of branches and the number of users — talk to us and we will quote against those rather than fit you into a tier.

Do I need a card for the trial?

No. You sign up, set up your shop and trade. Nothing is charged and nothing expires into a bill without you agreeing to one.

Which modules need a verified GSTIN rather than a plan?

GST invoicing, credit notes and financial reports. Those three are gated on a verified statutory identity rather than on payment, because a filed tax invoice with an unverified GSTIN behind it is a problem for the shop. Add and verify yours in Business settings and they switch on.

Can I switch modules on and off later?

Yes. Modules are switched on and off per shop, and a module you have not bought is simply not present rather than greyed out. Dependencies are enforced — draft billing needs customers and inventory, because a bill is a bill for something out of stock for somebody.

What happens to my data if I stop?

It is yours. Talk to us and we will export it in a form you can read — a jewellery ledger is a financial record and holding it hostage would be indefensible.
